When choosing your diamond do you go for the biggest diamond you can afford?

The one with the best colour?

Best clarity?

With or without fluorescent?

A table of 57% or 62%?

A good, very good or excellent symmetry or a mixture of all four,

Or

do you go with the one with the best sparkle

so many questions, it can blow your mind…

How do you decide?

Well the answer varies depending on who you ask or where you do your research.

So let me try and help with some free for you

, the diamond buyer.

Yes the 4c's matters

Yes having a GIA certificate is piece of mind
Yes having a good proportioned stone is desirable

Bottom line, a stone that truly sparkles, that fits within your budget and suits the person hand like a glove, and you won't find that online or in a store who ultimately wants to take as much money off of you.

So I ask, please ignore the hype about size matters, about a VS or an SI about a D or an I colour seek out an independent jeweller who will give you the choice and advice that  you need, allow your eyes to decide because whatever you read up on the characteristics of a diamond your eyes do not lie and all the special person really wants is your love and a diamond that sparkles and that can cost as much or as little as you care to spend

Gone are the days of spending two months’ salary for that ring, there is a diamond out there waiting for you, with a budget that suits.

Please feel free to get in touch if you would like some more free advice as I would love to hear from you
